Subsequently, we are running on a low-profit margin scheme to achieve “win-win situation” in between us and our customers.

Hence, we do not accept returns/refunds/exchange of purchased goods in the following ways:

1. Subjective reasons for returns such as change of mind or not as per expected
2. Minor quality issue such as loosen threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced through crumpling
3. Item(s) purchased in-store cannot be Return or Exchange online and vice versa

Applicable for Return & Exchange

1. Delivery of Wrong Products - Products delivered are different from your online purchase orders
2. Products with prominent quality problems upon receiving

Applicable for Return & Refund
1. No stock - Items purchased are out of stock

For any of the above reason should you wish to return your item(s), please attach the Receipt in the returned parcel, ensure that the item(s) have not been used and are in their original packaging. If the product(s) have been used or damaged by the customers, returns are inapplicable.

You are responsible for all good(s) sent until they arrive at our warehouse, and agree to bear all costs associated with returning those item(s). Please ensure to package the good(s) well to prevent damage. We encourage you to return your parcel via reliable and trackable courier service as WS Handicraft do not hold responsibility if your shipment is lost during the return transit. You have 30 days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order to the following address:

Once our Quality Control team has inspected the returned item(s), we will aim to process your return within 5 business days.
